HomeCare+ are seeking caring and compassionate individuals who are interested in working in the disability sector as community-based Support Workers. You will represent our organisation and share our mission with your community, to support the independence of those living with a disability.
You will be provided with the opportunity to undertake accredited training and complete the Entry into Care Role Skillset to become a qualified Support Worker. This 6-week training program is the pathway to our Certificate III in Individual Support traineeship. You will enjoy gaining experience in the disability sector while becoming an outstanding community-based Support Worker.

The Role Of A Support Worker
You will provide our clients with daily living supports, including personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, community access and recreational visits.
Shifts are available across a 24/7 roster to suit your lifestyle.
Please Note - a condition of your employment as a Support Worker is that you must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
