HomeCare+ currently has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Senior Nurse Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will be leading our Registered Nurse Consultant team in the Adelaide office, to ensure excellent service delivery of client health support needs, worker competencies as well as the identification and implementation of systematic service improvements.

PQSA and HomeCare+ are run by a team of passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers who work together to enable everyone to fully participate in the community. We operate six offices around South Australia and employ approximately 700 staff.

Who We Are

We are seeking a passionate individual with:

  • A dedicated and client centred approach, in order to achieve best health care outcome and support our commitment to client safeguarding
  • Leadership experience in a similar or relevant health care setting
  • Demonstrated understanding of the disability sector and/or community-based nursing, including knowledge of the competency assessment model in order to oversee training for our Support Workers to perform health care procedures on clients
  • Current registration with AHPRA and ability to participate in the on-call after-hours roster

You must hold a current South Australian drivers licence and be an Australian Citizen or hold a current work visa. You will be required to have a DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain the appropriate Employment Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS requirements.
