Client Service Coordinator - South East

Due to continued growth, HomeCare+ is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in a permanent, full-time capacity to join our dedicated team in Mount Gambier office as we continue to meet the needs of our clients across the South East region.

PQSA and HomeCare+ are known for their specialised disability services which we deliver to our clients in the community. We empower people with a spinal cord injury and other disabilities to choose how they live their potential. PQSA and HomeCare+ is run by a team of passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers who work together to enable everyone to fully participate in the community. We operate six offices around South Australia and employ approximately 700 staff.

We are seeking a passionate individual who will:

  • Coordinate our community-based client needs through exceptional service delivery
  • Provide support and advice to our team of Support Workers
  • Build effective and trusted relationships with our clients and their families, your colleagues and all other key stakeholders
  • Have highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service

What You Need

  • Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Nursing or related disciplines are desirable
  • Working knowledge of the Disability or Community Sector
  • Knowledge of the NDIS is desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and respond to situations with empathy and in a calm manner
  • DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or a willingness to obtain)
  • A South Australian drivers licence and have working rights within Australia
  • To provide evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19
