Client Rostering Officer - South East

We are seeking to appoint a Client Rostering Officer (CRO) to join our team in a permanent capacity in our Mount Gambier office.

PQSA and HomeCare+ are known for their specialised disability services which we deliver to our clients in the community. We empower people with a spinal cord injury and other disabilities to choose how they live their potential. PQSA is run by a team of passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers who work together to enable everyone to fully participate in the community. We operate six offices around South Australia and employ approximately 700 staff.

About The Role

Our CROs are responsible for the dat to day rostering of our community based Support Workers and are passionate and dedicated to the provision of a quality responsive customer focused service to our clients and workers. Previous experience within a phone based, customer service environment would be considered a strong advantage. A Certificate III in Individual Support or Administration will be highly regarded.

We are seeking a passionate individual who will:

  • Successfully maintain client rosters by processing information in relation to shift coverage in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Be flexible to work weekends and shifts across the hours of 0900hrs to 1800hrs
  • Perform efficiently in high pressured situations while being responsive to the needs of our clients and workers
  • Display excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills

You must hold a current full South Australian drivers licence and be an Australian Citizen or hold a current work visa.

You will be required to have a DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain the appropriate Employment Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS requirements.
