Due to our ongoing commitment to provide quality services for our clients, we have created a new position of Supported Independent Living (SIL) Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide in a permanent capacity. You will be performing a variety of duties pertaining to SIL funding, rosters of care and SIL submissions. The successful applicant will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive and up to date client profiles ensuring funding is reflective of individual client needs. These functions are paramount to the overall operations success of the business unit.

Registered Nurse Consultant - South East

HomeCare+ South East are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Registered Nurse Consultant team in a full time or part time capacity.

The Registered Nurse Consultant will be based in our Mount Gambier office, and be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the health support needs of HomeCare+ clients in the South East region.

The Registered Nurse Consultant will ensure client health needs are met and Support Worker assessments are undertaken in accordance with the relevant legislation and professional guidelines.
